peace + love,

i’ve been curating my next body of work since 2023, slowly piecing together the elements that will co-exist across audio, visual, literary, and spatial formats as proof that good art transcends mediums of expression. My way of testing, proving, and refining this idea has primarily come from my experiences as an artist manager and event curator, to the point that I consider these roles as primary functions and essential to my practice as an interdisciplinary artist.

on friday, 5.22.26, to kick off memorial day/movement festival weekend, i am partnering with featherstone gardens and carhartt workshop to extend the first public invitation into a preview of my latest interdisciplinary work, peace strategies for spiritualizing the body via portal001>>touch.grass.

as the title suggests, peace strategies… is a collection of practices- inherited or intuited- that i have cultivated over my lifetime in order to achieve the objective of peace on earth and goodwill to all men that will debut in its complete form later this year.

portal001>>touch.grass is an initiation into peace strategies… and the soundgarden, co-curated with kahn davison, is a transmission that introduces the practice of grounding by combining it with more accessible coping strategies like listening to music or taking pictures.  step into the soundgarden for micro-portrait sessions, quiet reflection, and previews of  forthcoming gallery exhibitions “ya heard?!” + “praise dance”.

in addition to portals and transmissions, touch.grass will also feature artifact001>>touch.grass.capsule, a hybrid (real/digital) capsule featuring a windowsill garden starter kit (6x6x6in wooden planter; starter seed ensemble) and three exclusive dj mixes that perfectly soundtrack any private memorial day gathering, movement afterparty, and lazy monday off.
